Compare apartment prices on the same basis
Two numbers side by side are not yet a comparison. Before calling an apartment cheaper, establish the price type, area basis, included items and observation date. A useful comparison can contain unknowns; precision without matching inputs is misleading.
Apartment handover: a repeatable inspection and defect log
Bring the correct documents, follow a room sequence and record issues that another person can locate. A usable defect log is more valuable than dozens of photographs without context.

Plaza 1 is a distinct building, not a catch-all for FPT City apartments. Match the building, unit and paperwork before comparing living costs. FPT's handover announcement is a building-level historical record, not an inspection of the offered home. During a viewing, note equipment, signs of repair and who would be responsible for resolving defects after the transaction.
FPT Plaza 2
The launch record distinguishes Plaza 2 from neighbouring buildings. Obtain current operating information rather than relying on its old construction plan. Keep Plaza 1, 2 and 3 on separate lines in your parking, access and charges worksheet. An answer for a neighbouring building should not be carried over without confirmation for the exact building and unit under consideration.
FPT Plaza 3
A condominium within the technology township; that does not mean every facility is ready. Check the handover scope and actual walking routes. For the park mentioned in the project description, ask which gate opens onto it and whether the walking route is usable for children or older relatives. An adjacent amenity is not automatically an easy everyday journey.
