Correction policy
You can report a potentially incorrect fact without sending a name, email, phone number or identity document.
1. Receive
Choose the project and fact type, describe what needs checking and add a source link if available. Do not send contracts, identity documents or another person's data.
2. Triage
Claims that could mislead on legal status, safety or price are prioritised for hiding and review. Other requests are ordered by impact and source freshness.
3. Verify and decide
HAVO opens the original source, seeks corroboration and records why a report is accepted, rejected or needs more information. Internal targets are one business day to acknowledge and five to resolve ordinary cases; these are not legal guarantees.
4. Publish the change
When public content changes, HAVO updates the checked date and records the material change. A public change log opens after the first real change; no fake entries are created to fill it.
