Data policy
A fact is published only with a source, checked date and explicit state. Missing data stays missing; HAVO does not guess to fill gaps.
Source order
Competent-authority records come first, followed by developer or operator disclosures, then licensed sources and verifiable feedback.
Reuse rights
HAVO stores URLs, source metadata and necessary factual paraphrases only. HAVO does not bulk-copy articles, images, plans or prices. A commercial price source needs written storage, processing and publication rights before use.
Price
Until a suitable official transaction source exists, HAVO may only say 'market-observed asking price'. There is currently no rights-cleared price feed, so no price range is published.
Administrative changes
Older documents may use district or ward names from before 1 July 2025. HAVO stores legacy and current names separately and maps them only with a supporting source.
Expiry and conflicts
Expired facts enter a review queue. If sources disagree, HAVO shows the conflict instead of selecting the more convenient figure.
