An impressive lobby does not explain everyday service. Follow an ordinary journey home and ask for written answers about charges, access and who handles a problem.
Maintenance fund and management fee: separate the money flows
Separate shared-property maintenance money from recurring operations charges before comparing apartments. A record of recipient, timing and calculation basis is more useful than a total with unknown components.
View an apartment twice: daylight, evening and the approach
A second viewing is useful when it answers questions the first could not. Arrange two different, relevant time windows and repeat the same small tasks. You are building a comparable record of the actual unit and its approach—not proving that an entire building is quiet, safe or well managed.

Plaza 1 is a distinct building, not a catch-all for FPT City apartments. Match the building, unit and paperwork before comparing living costs. FPT's handover announcement is a building-level historical record, not an inspection of the offered home. During a viewing, note equipment, signs of repair and who would be responsible for resolving defects after the transaction.
FPT Plaza 3
A condominium within the technology township; that does not mean every facility is ready. Check the handover scope and actual walking routes. For the park mentioned in the project description, ask which gate opens onto it and whether the walking route is usable for children or older relatives. An adjacent amenity is not automatically an easy everyday journey.
FPT Plaza 4
FPT's publication identifies the project but does not replace unit documents. Do not extend employee policies to buyers outside the group. Start a Plaza 4 enquiry with the contracting entity, unit code and document describing the offered product. Only then compare payment schedules, while keeping historical employee programmes separate from any terms actually offered to your household.
