Preserve the address the older source used
When reading an older brochure or notice, copy its address as published and record the document date. Do not silently rewrite the source because today’s map displays another label. You need to identify both the place and the context of that document.
Keep the project, precinct and phase names too. A development brand spanning several places should not become a single location. Put conflicting labels in separate rows rather than deleting the older evidence.
Source the current label separately
Add a current-address field only with a suitable source. Record who published it and when you checked it. A newly edited sales page does not settle every administrative question; obtain appropriate confirmation for official paperwork.

Choose the entrance, not just the project centre
A project centre, sales office, vehicle gate and pedestrian entrance serve different purposes. Ask your host for the tower, permitted gate, waiting point and lobby access. For luggage, a stroller or limited mobility, ask about a suitable route rather than inferring access from a map symbol.
Record the gate name, road side, visible sign and confirmation method. Add coordinates only when checked for that point; a general project pin should not be relabelled a verified entrance.
Check similar names before booking the journey
A real naming trap appears in Vinmec’s 2 March 2026 announcement: it concerns the Ocean Park 2 hospital in Nghia Tru, Hung Yen. That does not place this hospital inside Ocean Park 1. Similar branding cannot establish a shared location.
Before booking transport, compare the app’s full destination name and address with your card. Share the agreed gate description. When search returns several branches or developments, ask for clarification instead of selecting the first result.
Keep unresolved navigation notes useful
After a visit, note the entrance actually used, the time and any difference from the instructions. Describe that observation only. A closed gate on one occasion does not establish permanent closure or every resident’s route.
For a HAVO correction, give the page, public place name and accessible source. Do not send a personal travel schedule, unit number or identifiable bystander image. Keep measured travel time separate: a correct address does not establish an everyday commute.
